Tell us about your teen.
Five taps: their age, what's changed, how conversations go, what you've tried, what you want to be different. That's the first dot on the map.
The moods. The closed door. The phone. The one-word answers. Somewhere around Class 6 or 7, the child who told you everything started becoming someone new — and the rules that worked at ten stopped working.
That's not a broken relationship. It's the teenage years doing what they do. The question is whether you go through them guessing, or with a map.
TeenCare gives your teen a US-trained behavioural mentor, and gives you a map of where your teen actually is — plus a two-minute script every day for the conversation you're about to have.

Now it's "fine." "Nothing." "Hmm."
Dinner is eaten in ten minutes and the door closes again.
A small comment turns into a big fight, or a bigger silence.
The phone is face-down when you walk in and face-up when you leave.
And every time you try harder, they pull further.
Between 11 and 18 your child's body, brain and social world all rebuild at once. Hormones shift moods before they've learnt to name them. The part of the brain that weighs consequences finishes last. Friends stop being playmates and become the mirror they check themselves in. Privacy stops being a preference and becomes a need.
None of it is aimed at you. But it lands on you — because you're the safest person to push against.
Most Indian homes are still using the rules that worked at ten on a fourteen-year-old. The relationship doesn't need fixing. It needs updating — and you need to know which stage you're actually in.
Sudden embarrassment, tears over nothing, sleep that shifts later. They want you close and want you gone in the same hour.
Identity, secrecy, the group chat that matters more than dinner. Risk feels exciting; being lectured feels unbearable.
Boards, coaching, "what after 12th," the cousin who got 97%. They carry it — just not to you.
Stages overlap and every teen moves at their own pace. That's exactly why a map beats a rulebook.
TeenCare is not therapy, not tuition, and not a monitoring app. It's a US-trained behavioural mentor your teen will actually talk to, and a Parent App that tells you what to say tonight — working on the same relationship from both sides of the door.
The map starts with your first conversation with us and fills in as your teen works with the mentor. Within a few weeks it stops being a guess and becomes something you can plan a family around.
Don't say: "I was your age once."
Say: "You're right, I might not. Help me understand."
Four things change most through the teenage years: confidence, emotional regulation, communication and independence. The map shows where your teen is on each — and which way they're moving.
It starts today. The two-minute form you fill in is the first dot. Your consult with the mentor adds the second.
It gets sharp over the first weeks. As your teen works with their mentor, the AI Insight Engine picks up the developmental themes in each session and updates the map — themes and direction, never the words. By week four to six it's detailed enough to predict the next hard conversation before it happens, and to tell you what to do about it.
Meanwhile, every day, you get the script and the two-minute video for tonight. You're never waiting for the map to act.
Nobody signs a teenager up to talk to a stranger. So everything starts with you.
Five taps: their age, what's changed, how conversations go, what you've tried, what you want to be different. That's the first dot on the map.
A real person in Delhi, 10 AM–8 PM, on WhatsApp or phone. We go through what you told us, answer your questions and, if it fits, book your consultation. No card, no pressure.
A video consultation for you, the parent: what's happening at this stage, what to change at home, and what tonight's script should be. Your teen joins only if and when you decide.
Daily two-minute scripts and videos in the Parent App. Your teen's own sessions when you're ready. The map sharpens week by week — and your mentor walks you through it.
Your teen's conversations with their mentor are never shared with you. What you receive is the map — the pattern, not the transcript. That rule is what makes the mentoring work.
You're the one paying. You'll want to know what your child says. We won't tell you — and here's why that's the whole point.
A teenager only opens up when they believe it's safe to. The moment they suspect a session is being reported back to a parent, they do what they already do at home: nod, say "fine," and shut down. Then you've paid for a second closed door.
It's also why everything starts with you, not them. A teenager who's been "sent" to a stranger doesn't open up. One who's been introduced by a parent who went first, sometimes does.
So we made a rule, and we put it in writing:
Your teen is told this on day one. It's in our Terms, and it's in our Privacy Policy under Indian law.
You get the map — an AI-synthesised view of the themes your teen is working on and how they're moving. "Confidence is rising." "Communication at home is a focus area this month." Enough to know what to do next. Never enough to reconstruct a conversation. And you get your mentor, who briefs you on how to support the work at home.
If a mentor believes your teen is in serious danger, we contact you immediately. Your teen knows this rule too. Safety comes first; confidentiality comes a very close second.
Trained in evidence-based adolescent behavioural frameworks. Fluent in how Indian teenagers actually talk.
Every TeenCare mentor completes a US-designed behavioural mentoring curriculum, supervised practice hours, and ongoing case review. They're not counsellors reading from a script — they're people your teen will look forward to seeing.

"My son is 14. For about a year every conversation ended in a fight or silence — usually silence. I thought it was the phone. I took it away; it got worse.
I filled in the form at 11 at night, honestly not expecting much. Someone called me the next morning and actually listened. The consultation with the mentor was for me, not him — she told me which stage he was at, what to stop saying, and gave me that night's script. He answered. In a sentence.
Three weeks in he agreed to meet the mentor himself. I still don't know what they talk about. I don't need to. I can see the map moving, and he's coming out of his room. That's the report I wanted.
The first call with our parent team is free and needs no card. TeenCare plans start from ₹1,999 a month, inclusive of all taxes, and include your consultation with a US-trained mentor and the Parent App — daily scripts, videos and your teen's map. We confirm the exact plan and price with you in writing before any payment link is sent, and nothing is ever charged automatically. Full details are in our Payment & Refund Policy.
A 15-minute call with a real person from our Delhi parent team, on WhatsApp or phone, 10 AM to 8 PM IST. We go through what you told us in the form, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether TeenCare fits your situation. If it does, we book your consultation with a mentor and send you tonight's script to start with.
Not at first. The form is about your teen but filled in by you; the call is with you; the first consultation is with you. Your teen meets the mentor only if and when you decide — many parents start without telling their teen at all, and introduce the idea once they have a plan and a script that's already working.
No — and that's deliberate. Once your teen has their own sessions, they're confidential so your teen will actually talk. You receive the map — the themes they're working on and how they're moving — plus your mentor's guidance on supporting them at home. The only exception is if a mentor believes your teen is in serious danger; then we contact you immediately.
TeenCare is behavioural mentoring and parent guidance, not medical or psychological treatment. Our mentors are trained to recognise when a teen may need clinical support and will tell you, so you can consult a qualified professional. If your teen is already in treatment, TeenCare can complement it — please tell us on the call.
Yes. What you tell us in the form is your own information, used to prepare your call. TeenCare processes a minor's data only after your verifiable parental consent, as required by Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not carry out behavioural monitoring or tracking of children and we never use a child's data for advertising. Read our Privacy Policy.
Every mentor has completed TeenCare's US-designed behavioural mentoring curriculum, supervised practice hours and ongoing case review. Credentials are listed on each mentor's profile above, and you'll see your mentor's profile before your consultation.
Right now we're working with English-speaking families in Delhi NCR — Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Consultations are on video, so location matters less than time zone: your US-based mentor's slots fall on Indian weekday evenings and weekend mornings.
